Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, you can, until your order has been dispatched. Just contact us by using our online form, and we will do our best to accommodate to your needs. Unfortunately once it has left our premises, we cannot change the delivery address or modify any details of your order.

Currently we are only available online. If you have an idea about a store that can be a good place to sell our products, let us know, and we will get in touch with them.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does it take to ship my order?

All our products are made to order. We decided to take this path so we can ensure product quality meets our standards. We aim to ship all orders within 2-3 business days. During busy periods, such as Christmas and Valentine’s Day, this may take a little longer. For a closer estimation about shipping your order, feel free to get in touch with us.

Who is your shipping partner?

We know horrible it is to receive a damaged item or actually to never receive it. To make sure you will never experience anything like that, we partnered up with FedEx for our shipping needs. FedEx will deliver your package via airmail. Your package will be insured, you will get a tracking number and e-mail notifications about any status changes about your parcel.

What are the shipping options?

We offer two shipping options. Our standard service is FedEx International Economy. We also offer expedited shipping through FedEx International Priority, just for a little extra.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping within the EU costs €9, to European non-EU and overseas countries it costs €14. We offer expedited shipping for as low as an additional €5.

If you spend more than €100, standard shipping will be on us.

Do you have free shipping?

Yes! If you spend more than €100, standard shipping is on us.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

All orders are shipped via FedEx air mail. Our standard service is International Economy, and we also offer an expedited International Priority option.

Why is delivery of tech cases different?

Top quality is our priority. The market leader and pioneer innovator for tech cases is located in the UK, and we ship our tech cases from their offices directly to you. They will be shipped by Royal Mail 1st Class, and will take a little longer to arrive than if it was shipped with FedEx. Royal Mail offers one of the most reliable postal services, so your parcel will arrive securely.

Can I track my shipment?

Of course you can! You can track your FedEx parcel at: https://www.fedex.com/apps/fedextrack/. Once your order has left our premises, we will also send you a shipping confirmation e-mail with the link and your tracking number.


What material is your apparel made of?

For our tops we use the premium quality, 100% ring-spun cotton garments only. Our tote bags are also 100% cotton, but have a fiercer knit for increased durability. We only use organic cotton across all our textile products, those were processed by ethical employers.

What is the fit of your tops?

Our women’s tee are medium fit, tailored for the body of a woman. They are light and soft, just like your new favorite tee should be. They are not too slim but not too loose either to ensure a comfortable wear for the whole day. Women’s tank tops are a bit looser, so you don’t sweat too much in the summer heat.

Our men’s tops are also medium fit, meaning they will not be boxy but will not be too slim either. They will nicely follow the shape of your body to make you look your best. They are super soft and are comfortable to wear.

I’m not sure which size is good for me. Do you have a size chart?

Sure! We have some great visuals to make sure you pick the right size. You can see them here. Remember, if you still go for the wrong size, you can always exchange it for the right one. Just get in touch with us.

What is the printing technique you use to print on apparel?

We use state of the art digital technology to print our apparel. The technique is called Direct to Garment printing, it is the latest invention in the apparel printing industry and is believed to take over outdated rival techniques in the near future. The prints has an extremely soft feel and since the ink goes into the fibers directly, the garment will breathe like there was nothing printed on it. We only use environmentally friendly inks.

How should I care for my products?

To make sure your print will look like new for times ahead, please wash your tops inside out in cold water, and iron on the reverse side only.


What is the printing technique you use to print your art?

All our prints are Giclee reproductions of our original watercolor paintings and digital graphics. The artwork is printed with a Canon imagePROGRAF large format printer, using the leading Lucia 4 ink technology to achieve brilliant colour space, superb colour accuracy, excellent colour graduation, longetivity and fade-resistance. If you like numbers, then you should know that this beast uses twelve colours with a droplet size of 4 picoliters (1 picoliters = 1 trillionth of a litle) and the printheads contain 2560 nozzles for each colors. In short, quality is unparalleled.

What kind of paper do you print on?

Our premium quality Giclee prints are printed on top-class semi-gloss 260g photo-grade paper made by Hahnemüle, the world leader in premium photo paper manufacturing. Hahnemüle was founded in 1584 and have a long-standing tradition in producing the ideal surface for digital and traditional art printing.

Is a frame included with my purchase?

All our prints are sold unframed, the frames in the product photos are for presentation purposes only. We would like to leave you the liberty of choosing a frame that fits best the design of your home.

How should I care for my prints?

You can easily remove dust from your print by using a dry cloth. If somehow the print got into some dirty business, use a clean, damp cloth and gently clean the surface.


There is a problem with my order. What can I do now?

Don’t worry! Get in touch and tell us what happened. We will figure out something to solve the issue. Depending on the nature of the issue, you will get a replacement or a refund.

How much time do I have to return my order if I don’t like it?

After you have received your order, you have 14 days to decide if you want to keep it. As long as it is unused and in original condition, you can send it back to us for a refund of a replacement. No questions asked.

Who pays for shipping a returned item?

Unless we made a mistake, you will need to pay for shipping back the item to us. If we are to blame, your shipping costs are on us, of course!

You can use your preferred shipping service to send your order back to us. We will provide you with the address once we agreed on how to solve the problem.
